Downtown Coeur d’Alene

Sanders Beach – Located just south of Sherman Avenue, Sanders Beach is generally defined as the area east of the Coeur d’Alene Public Library starting at 8th Street and ending west of 19th Street. Sanders Beach is a coveted neighborhood with a combination of century-old beach cottages, 1950s Craftsman style and luxury dream homes.

Fort Grounds and North Idaho College (NIC) Beach Area – Fort Grounds is one of Coeur d’Alene’s oldest neighborhoods consisting of 22+ acres tucked along the lake between North Idaho College and City Park. There are roughly 110 homes populating the narrow treelined streets, and many are more than 100 years old.

Mid-Town Coeur d’Alene – Growing rapidly in number and in popularity. Mid-town is an eclectic mix of boho chic stores, pubs, restaurants and homes within walking distance.

Garden District – Located just North of Sherman Avenue between 4th and 11th Streets, the Garden District is a collection of approximately 750 homes, largely Craftsman style, and some Victorian style. Many of the homes on these beautiful tree lined streets were built early to
mid-1900’s.

Coeur d’Alene Area

Riverstone/Bellerive – Located between Northwest Boulevard and the Spokane River along the Centennial Trail, this is a very sought-after upscale area. The Village at Riverstone is a mixed-use community of condos, apartments, waterfront single family homes, restaurants, movie theater, retail and professional businesses. Bellerive is located on the waterfront of Riverstone Village and offers a unique selection of lofts, high-end waterfront condominiums and luxury single family homes, many of which have private boat slips.

Atlas Waterfront – A 70.5-acre community on the Spokane River waterfront, formerly the Atlas Mill site. This mixed-use community (still developing) will include multi and single-family dwellings, townhomes, commercial properties, and a waterfront park.

Mill River – Located in Coeur d’Alene’s Spokane River waterfront community. Fully professionally landscaped yards, trail system, private beach volleyball, courts, BBQ area and dock are just a few

of the amenities you will enjoy while calling Mill River home.

Harbor Island – A desirable secluded island community with an eclectic blend of homes with various architectural styles. This unique community is located on a quiet inlet of the Spokane River located just 6 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene.

Cougar Bay – Five miles southwest of downtown Coeur d’Alene, the historic Cougar Gulch community contains custom homes on both small and large acreage properties. This community is known for its scenic and natural beauty, from open meadows to forested mountains, and views of Lake CDA from the higher elevations.

Fernan Lake & Village – Peaceful lake community minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene. Single family dwellings with territorial and lake views, boat launches, hiking trails.

Canfield Neighborhoods – Several subdivision neighborhoods nestled east of 15th street and south of Dalton Gardens. Offers a mix of mid-level and high end homes. Popular due to the nearby Canfield middle school and soccer complex.

Armstrong Park/Potlatch Hill – Enter off CDA Lake Drive, wind your way up the hill and find a plethora of unique homes, several with breathtaking views, all just minutes to town.

The Trails, The Landings & Hawks Nest – These subdivision neighborhoods sit west of Atlas Road and south of Prairie. The Trails is a newer subdivision and is still currently under construction.

The Landings neighborhood is established with a nice park as the hub. Hawks Nest is also an established neighborhood.

CDA Rural East

Wolf Lodge BayApproximately 10 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene, with many parcels bordering the National Forest, providing beautiful scenery, walking trails and bald eagle watching opportunities.

SunnysideConveniently located within 5 minutes from downtown CDA, and minutes to the Centennial Trail and Higgins Point boat launch and park. Lots vary in size and many are surrounded by towering pine trees and offer distant mountain and Lake CDA views.

CDA South – West Side of the Lake

Harbor View Estates – Located only 20 minutes from CDA. A prestigious gated community of custom homes on just under one acre to over three-acre lots with varying architectural styles, many with stunning lake, mountain and/or city views.

Kidd Island Bay – North end of Lake Coeur d’Alene, less than 20 minutes south from Coeur d’Alene. Kidd Island Bay is a family-oriented community amidst vacation homes and suitable for year-round living. Many lots are primary or secondary waterfront with gorgeous pines and abundant wildlife.

Mica Bay – Pristine lakefront view properties just minutes to downtown CDA and short boat rides to world-class golf courses. Home of the most expensive house ever sold on Lake CDA!

Rockford Bay – A quiet secluded bay on Lake Coeur d’Alene located approximately 12.5 miles south-southwest of downtown Coeur d’Alene.

Coeur dAlene National Reserve -AND Black Rock –  Exclusive, private golf communities with luxury homes, cabins and cottages all with spectacular views of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Residents enjoy a 3000 SF+ clubhouse, marina, beach club and numerous dining venues.

Sun Up/Windy Bay (Worley) – Located on the west side of Lake Coeur d’Alene. A popular vacation spot, the Sun-Up Resort and Marina is the oldest family-owned resort on the lake. The bay also offers luxury waterfront homes, gated communities and private sandy beaches.

CDA South – East Side of the Lake

Gozzer Ranch – Made famous by celebrities. A luxury private golf community overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene near Arrow Point on the eastern shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Gozzer Ranch features an award-winning golf course, marinas and beach club.

Arrow Point – Luxury waterfront condos, gated estates, WorldMark Arrow Point vacation resort. Private beaches and marina.

Carlin Bay – Located on the eastern side of Lake Coeur d’Alene, nestled in the mountains with breathtaking mountain and lake views. Lots vary in size. There are year-round residents as well as those who reside only in the summer months. Carlin Bay also offers a private airstrip and a marina with boat slips for lease.
