Hi guys, this is Michelle Garcia. We’re going to do a driving tour. Oh, I’m with lakecdarealestate.com and Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty. So we’re going to do a driving tour of the Trails Neighborhood in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. You might be able to see, hopefully you can see some of these really pretty fall colors on the trees. It’s fall right now and it’s an awesome time. The sun is shining. It’s just been very beautiful here in Coeur d’Alene, but I wanted to introduce you or give you a little drive around of the Trails Neighborhood. That’s the marquee sign. It’s really cool. And you can see all the trails, which is what this neighborhood was named for. So all of these little walking paths connect to a bigger trail called the Prairie Trail, which is a larger bike path. And then the Prairie Trail will connect you to the Centennial Trail, which is awesome because Centennial Trail will take you down to the new Atlas Waterfront Park.

It’ll take you to Riverstone. If you’re familiar with the area, this will make sense to you. If you’re not, it’ll just be a bunch of words, but it’s just some really awesome bike and walking trails. People walk their dogs and part of the Centennial Trail is where they do Ironman. So this is kind of meant to give you a sense of the types of homes that we have here, but this is one of the few new construction neighborhoods in the city of Coeur d’Alene. You’ll find a lot of new construction in the area, lots in Post Falls and Rathdrum and up even further north like into Athol. And you’ll find a little bit in Hayden as well, but there’s just not a lot in Coeur d’Alene as far as new construction, like full neighborhoods. You might find some infill projects, but this is a nice neighborhood.

And I would say at the moment, things are ranging in the seven and eight hundreds. You might find something in the six hundreds. But what I’m looking at straight ahead, and if you can kind of circle around and go left. So over there is the Landings, but straight ahead that’s all new construction and when this road goes through that’ll, I don’t know if you can kind of see up there, it’ll go to Hudder Road. So at some point this neighborhood, it doesn’t currently go through. Go ahead, over there. Yeah. It doesn’t currently go through from Atlas to Hudder, but once this is all built out [inaudible 00:03:10]. Now this area here, you’re just seeing kind of big open lots, on this side these are all built out. So at some point, oh, that was a parade home. Parade of Homes was not too long ago and that home won some awards. But anyway, this is going to be a gated area, which I’m guessing those homes will range a little more in price. We are currently, we just turned from Homeward Bound and you can see the big crane. There’s just a ton of construction going on.

And I think we’re on Downing Street right now. This is called Enclave, this street coming up, uh slow down. And so that’ll be the entrance to the gated area. That will go straight to, actually I don’t know if that’ll access Hudder or not, but the street up ahead I think will access Hudder, Hanley. Somewhere in here. And then in the beginning of the video, I mentioned about all the walking trails, which is why this neighborhood is called the Trails. And this is where you can connect to the larger trail, so from our neighborhood you can go over there connect to the larger trail, which takes you to the Centennial Trail. So, if you are interested in a resale home in here, I actually have a couple listings in here right now, or a new construction home you should get in touch. My contact info is all on the website, lakecdarealestate.com. CDA of course stands for Coeur d’Alene. My name’s Michelle Garcia and thanks for watching. Take care.
