Coeur d’Alene City Hall-The Coeur d’Alene City Hall is a historic building in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. It was built in 1908, and designed in the Renaissance Revival style by architect George Williams.
Coeur d’Alene City Building Dept.-The intention is to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the construction, quality of materials, use of all buildings and structures within the City of Coeur d’Alene by the administration and enforcement of the applicable adopted building codes.
Coeur d’Alene City Clerk-The office of the Coeur d’Alene City Clerk is a public-service division that maintains a complete and accurate record of council proceedings; preserves official city records; manages Sunshine Law reports for municipal elections; provides administrative support to the city council, and provides prompt and courteous service to city residents, the City Council and city staff.
Coeur d’Alene City Licensing and Permits–The City Clerk is the local licensing officer for specific types of business activities, and child care facilities and workers. Other departments also issue permits for things such as burning, construction, discharge of wastewater, encroachments, fireworks, etc.
Coeur d’Alene City Electrical & Plumbing Inspection-Inspections are taken on a first come, first serve basis and need a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. They do not perform same day inspections. When the schedule is full you will be given the next available date which could be 2 days out from the call in date.

Our department also maintains traffic control devices and provides other city departments with cost effective vehicle maintenance services.
Coeur d’Alene City Marriage Licensing–You do not need to be a resident of Idaho to obtain an Idaho marriage license, however an Idaho State marriage license is only valid for ceremonies performed within the State of Idaho. There is no waiting period before using the license; you may get married the same day.

Kootenai County Assistance-Established in 1972, the department was created to carry out the mandates and intent of Idaho Law contained in Title 31, Chapters 34 and 35 of the Idaho Code. The purpose of these laws is to provide limited and temporary assistance to Kootenai County residents for the payment of some non-medical and medical expenses.

Kootenai County Clerk-In Kootenai County, there are over 100 deputy clerks who work in the various departments under the Clerk as well as in the Board of County Commissioners’ Office. In the role of Auditor, the Clerk’s office is responsible to prepare the annual county budget for the Board of County Commissioners.
Kootenai County Commissioner-The Board of County Commissioners (also referred to as the BOCC or Board) is the governing body of Kootenai County. Consisting of three elected officials, the Board serves as the taxing authority, the contracting body and the chief administrators of public funds.
Kootenai County Courthouse-The two main court buildings for Kootenai County are located in the Courthouse Complex at the corner of Government Way and Garden Avenue in Coeur d’Alene.
