Hey, guys. Michelle Garcia with LakeCDArealestate.com and Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty. I wanted to take you on a little driving tour of the Coeur d’Alene golf course. So we’re not going to get to see the entire course, but you’re going to get to see parts of the grounds. And it’s just such a beautiful day here in October.

The golf course has actually some deals in there, like the month before the busy season and the month after. So April and October has some really great deals on golf here. So we just drove in the gate. You saw the gates opening. This is, I don’t know if I’d call it a public course. It’s open to the public, but it is gated, and you do have to check in. It’s full caddy service. Look at all these guys keeping the grounds looking beautiful.

It’s a full caddy service. It’s really fun to golf here too. This is, it’s a fun course, because you have so many spots that have ridiculously beautiful views. And we’re actually going to park over here in the parking lot, and I’ll walk you over.

Since we’re in the fall, you can see the leaves are turning. It’s just been so pretty here lately. Go ahead up by the flagpole and we’ll just put our hazards on and stop for a minute. Because I do want to show you. So here’s the parking lot. If you were going golfing or if you were going to that, that’s the event center. So that’s where they hold events. And on the other side of that is where they hold the weddings. We’re going to come into this circle, and I just want to show you a couple things here. So let me get out.

This is where the Floating Green is, which is what I wanted to show you, because this is kind of famous. So if you’re, I don’t know, somewhere in the world and you say, “Oh, yeah, I’m from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho,” they might go, “Oh, the Floating Green.” Because this is, for golfers, this is really something special. So that’s the 14th hole. It’s actually a barge that they put all the beautiful greens and trees, and in the summer months there’s some really pretty flowers, and I’ll just span around here. But yeah, the Floating Green is kind of famous.

Over here, you’ve got … Again, we’re in the fall months, so there’s not a lot of events and activities going on down by the water. But it’s actually quite warm here today. So you have that area down there. And then with the event center you’ve got on the other side of that, as I mentioned, is where they hold the weddings. And then there’s some beach cabanas that you can rent. Sometimes they’ll give special packages for people who stay at the resort, because this is all owned by the resort.

And then just beyond the distance there, that’s Tubbs Hill, which is awesome. It’s a natural hiking trail. So you can go from this side over. Around to the other side is where downtown Coeur d’Alene is. A lot of people, you can see there’s a dock here. If you’re out on the water in the summer months and you want to make reservations for the cafe over there in that building, you can just call ahead and let them know you’re coming and they’ll get you a spot in there. Obviously it’s really busy in the summer months. But yeah, the Floating Green Cafe, you can actually … Even though the area is gated in the front to get into this area here, anyone can come to the cafe. It’s public. And so that’s a thing to do. But yeah, this is a really special place to be. And if you like golf, you’ll love golfing here.

So I’m going to sign off. If you’re interested in this or anything else, get in touch with me. You can get all my info and reach me through the website, which is LakeCDArealestate.com. I’ll just end here with a little bit of a view of the greens and what it looks like here in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
