Hi, guys. It’s Michelle Garcia, lakecdarealestate.com and Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty. I am out here at the Parade of Homes. This is an Architerra neighborhood. All of these homes here are Architerra. That’s the name of the builder, and this particular model… They actually have in the 2020 Parade of Homes, they’ve submitted four homes. This one is in Coeur d’Alene, The Trails neighborhood.

               So we’re just going to do a quick video walkthrough and show you some of the features of an Architerra home. So this is called the Teton, and I’ll show you the stats real quick. This is I think, it’s over 3,000 square feet. So here’s the stats. Here’s a quick little floor plan. But you’ve got 3,643 square feet, two floors, five bedrooms, three bath, and three car garage.

               So, when you walk in, one of the things about The Trails is they have these tall doors, which is nice. It’s not just The Trails, a lot of the Architerra homes can have that in the different communities. Some of them that come standard, and some I think is an upcharge. But anyway, so you’ve got two bedrooms up front, you’ve got a nice bathroom in there. Then you walk in here to the big open clan room and you’ve got the kitchen, nice cabinets, countertops. There’s some upgrades in this one, and I won’t go into what’s standard and what’s not because I don’t know specifically. But I mean, I know some of it, but yeah, this is some nice finishes. You’ve got the fireplace over there. Balcony.

               So, we walked in on the ground level, but this happens to be a walkout basement. So, in the back there you had a balcony. This is the master bedroom. [crosstalk 00:02:15] It’s nice. Love the vaulted ceilings, which is cool. And then you have the bathroom. I’ll turn the lights on here.

I’m actually taking a video right now. Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you guys out. Nice big closet and separate water closet, that’s nice to have. And then this is all tile. Doesn’t come standard tile, but it’s a nice feature, and you’ve got the soaker tub. So, then we’ll come around here and then we’ll go downstairs.

               That’s the different vantage point on that fireplace. It’s cool. These big, tall ceilings, which is nice.

I’ll be interested to see where they do put it. It’s got to be on one of the two sides.

So, you have this big open room, which is cool to have. And then this bumps into.

There’s a guest bath here. And this is more of their standard, you’ve got that kind of tub and surround. And then here’s a bedroom and again, this is the Teton model. You’ve got another bedroom. Oh, excuse me. Another bedroom down here. And back into this open room, which you have this living space area, but then this room here, they’ve kind of set this up as a gym, which is nice. It’s a big space, and then all this for storage, just a ton of storage.

               And let’s see, excuse me. And I think, is there another room over here? Oh, this is all the mechanicals. There you go. That’s the Teton.
