My Story
That slogan, “5 Star Service Every Step of the Way” isn’t just a slogan. This is an actual quote from one of my clients’ Google reviews, of which I am very proud. So proud, I decided to make it my core principle and part of my mission statement. It means something to me and it’s how I want my clients to feel. My hope is, after working with me, you will agree 🙂
AS A LOCAL REALTOR AND ASSOCIATE BROKER, I SPECIALIZE IN COEUR D’ALENE REAL ESTATE, SPECIFICALLY THE NORTH SHORE CORRIDOR. The North Shore Corridor (yes, I created this term) is made up of the east/west stretch starting south of highway 90 to the north shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene and the Spokane River. These neighborhoods include Downtown Coeur d’Alene, mid-town Coeur d’Alene, the Garden District, Sanders Beach, Fort Grounds, Riverstone, Bellerive, the new Atlas Waterfront, and Mill River.
I also handle the surrounding areas including Post Falls, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Dalton Gardens, Rathdrum, Harrison, Spirit Lake, Athol and most areas within Kootenai County and northern Idaho.
I am the founder of Destination Living which is my team of amazing staff and licensed REALTORS.
I help my clients buy and sell single-family homes, luxury real estate, waterfront real estate, multi-family homes, condos, and investment properties.

A Little More About My Backstory
I am an entrepreneur at heart. I have owned businesses since 1996. I moved to the area in 2006 with my family including my three amazing kids and have never looked back.
I have found my happy place here in Cd’A. I grew up in California but made a conscious decision to pursue a slower pace of life with more outdoor activities in a family-friendly atmosphere. I found that here in Coeur d’Alene! I truly love where I live and am happy to share with others.
