Okay, guys, this is Michelle Garcia, lakecdarealestate.com and Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty. We are out here at the Aspen Homes parade of homes. So this community is just south of the river. So I’ll just do a shot of the house number and all that. So yeah, we’re south of the Spokane River. I think this is still considered Coeur d’Alene. It might not be, actually. So find out the builder. One of the builder reps is here, one of the owners of Aspen, Zetta. Oh, no, it’s considered Post Falls.
Michelle Garcia:
So here’s the stats on this home. You’ve got 2,680 square feet, two floors, three bedrooms, two bath, a flex room, and a three-car garage. So they have this nice little sitting area. This is kind of a modern take and that farmhouse feel. Still rustic, though. So this community has 25 lots. You can see it’s not at all built out yet. I don’t know how many are built in here. This might be the very first one, actually. But out of 25 lots, they just are going quickly. They literally only have three lots left is what I just learned. So we’re going to do a quick walkthrough and get to meet Zetta and see what they’ve got going here. So hi, Zetta.

So this is at Zetta Stam. I’ve already introduced the home and the community a little bit.

Perfect. So Jess, our wonderful designer, did all of this amazing spectacular place. Over here, you’ll find a fun door that opens up to a beautiful view, great entertaining.

To the smoke-filled atmosphere.

Right. And you’ve got a nice river view. That’s very cool. Huge deck. Look at that deck, oh my gosh.
Zetta Stam:
I know. Bring on the parties.

Heck yeah. And we’ll go in there in a minute. Okay, so-

And then we’ll come over here. This is the kitchen.
Michelle Garcia:
Pretty.
Zetta Stam:
She did some beautiful fixtures, really cool new appliances from the Cafe line, which I love all the different tones.
Michelle Garcia:
I love this.

Is that not so cute?

And I’m noticing things are lightening up, right?

I know. I love the lights, yes.

So you’ve got the light, the bright. You’ve got-

And she did great cabinets that just pop a little bit. It’s not just a plain appliance-white look in here. It’s just stunning.

And you’ve got the bronze in areas, brushed gold on some of the fixtures.
Zetta Stam:
Yes. A nice mixture. Over here, I’ll show you the cute secondary bathroom, which normally, secondary bathrooms get hidden and you’ll find this cool-

Oh, I like these. Wait. While I’m standing here, I like these little inset shows.

Aren’t those fun?

Yeah. Next to the fireplace.

Super efficient, super good value.

So this is a fun bathroom, a secondary bathroom that actually is fun and spunky. I love it. She did great with the tile work.

Yeah, I like that tile a lot. Really pretty.

Which actually leads right into the laundry room, which I do love that.

I know you guys have seen some of your other houses you’ve done that.

Yes.

I like that feature.

Super fun tile in here on the flooring, shiplap here and there. They have a fun color, so it’s not just boring whites and all that.

Mm-hmm (affirmative). Cool.

Small little mud room. And then up here, we have the little bonus room.

I like the doors.

I love this railing. She did a great job on that. And then this can be anything, a craft room, movie room, studying-
