Speaker 1:

The park come down through here. It’ll be gated.

Michelle Garcia:

Access for the park and oh, so it’ll be gated.

Speaker 1:

 Yeah.

Michelle Garcia:

Okay.

That’s interesting. Because I’m thinking this is similar to McEwen, which that’s not gated.

Speaker 1:

Well for parking wise, yes. This will be gated. We got access here.

Michelle Garcia:

Oh, so you can still access the park.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Michelle Garcia:

The trails…

Speaker 1:

Come off the trails, come down in, we’ll have two more access points.

Michelle Garcia:

And look at that rock wall. My goodness. So are we in the area where everyone keeps talking about the dog park?

Speaker 1:

Yes.

So you’ll be able to kind of see it right on this image my guys are working on. So this area right here is a future dock. I imagine they’re like a multi-dock area out in here. That’s the future of this area here.

Michelle Garcia:

Yeah. I remember seeing a proposed marina.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So that’s the proposed marina.

Michelle Garcia:

And where’s the ADA Waterfront park?

Speaker 1:

So we got two different ones. One right below you, a kayak launch.

Michelle Garcia:

Oh nice.

Speaker 1:

The one right here is strictly for kayaking.

Michelle Garcia:

Sweet. And then straight ahead, by the way, that’s Belle Reve, which goes into Riverstone.

Speaker 1:

Here, that’s the dog park.

Michelle Garcia:

Oh, where the roller is.

Speaker 1:

That’s the dog park.

Michelle Garcia:

I see that’s the dog park.

Speaker 1:

So that’ll be fenced off dog park. The spot between us and the ramp here and the fence there, the upper end will be grass. The lower end, these are picnic pads is what these are.

Michelle Garcia:

Picnic pads, nice.

Speaker 1:

Have barbecues on them, seating. Barbecues, grass, where everybody can hang out.

Michelle Garcia:

That’s going to be awesome. Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1:

This will all be a paved trail that goes all the way down to road and you basically stop right at Belle Reve.

Michelle Garcia:

So it stops at Belle Reve. Are you going to be able to drive through? So this is all literally grass.

Speaker 1:

So this is a paved trail just for access.

Michelle Garcia:

Oh paved trail. Okay. Gotcha.

Speaker 1:

All paved, this will be just grass, no driving.

Michelle Garcia:

No driving, but you can walk from St. Lapede or Riverstone to this area.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So there’s two access points or actually three access points down by that crater there. There’s one that comes off the main trail this way. There’s stairs that come down in the middle and another asphalt trail that access it.

Michelle Garcia:

Sweet.

Speaker 1:

Three access points.

Michelle Garcia:

That’s great. This is going to be great. And you think this will be done?

Speaker 1:

We’re shooting for October at this point, beginning of October.

Michelle Garcia:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

There’s been so many changes.

Michelle Garcia:

Sure.

Speaker 1:

Like everybody else.

Michelle Garcia:

Sure. And then for the viewers, I don’t know if you can see there’s housing up behind those trees. So that’s a neighborhood. Is that the apartments or the… Okay. So people can walk from Riverstone straight down to the park.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. And this all we’re working on this, basically everything in here is all landscape. So once you come down in through here, big grassy areas, there’s playgrounds out there.

Michelle Garcia:

Playgrounds. I see the what’s the wheel? Is that something from the mill?

Speaker 1:

Those are the old wheels from the mill.

Michelle Garcia:

That’s cool.

Speaker 1:

So there’s two of those out there.

Michelle Garcia:

And over here, you said apartments.

Speaker 1:

As of right now.

Michelle Garcia:

The park up there? It’s all just literally park?

Speaker 1:

Park. It’s all in the park.

Michelle Garcia:

Okay. What about parking besides this lot that we just went to?

Speaker 1:

As of right now, for down in this area?

Michelle Garcia:

 Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Access the park is the only parking area. I imagine once you get houses going down there, the road’s wide enough. I believe the road will probably be like this kind of parking on the sides.

Michelle Garcia:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

All the way down through here.

Michelle Garcia:

Okay.
